FRAKNÓI VS. PÜSPÖKI KAR (1910–1913)

A vatikáni–magyar történeti sorozat legújabb kötetének címe: „Fraknói Vilmos és a püspöki kar. Küzdelem a Szent István római történeti, művészeti és egyházművelődési intézet megalapításáért (1910–1913)”. A forrásfüggelékkel kiegészített monográfia még a 2024-es Fraknói-centenárium historiográfiai kutatásaihoz kapcsolódik.

„A Fraknói Kcs. vatikáni rezidense jelenti...” – XII. Piusz pápa születésének 150. évfordulójára rendeztek emlékkonferenciát Rómában

150. születési évfordulója alkalmából 2026. március 2-án rendezték meg a XII. Piusz pápáról szóló római emlékkonferenciát. Az ünnepi hangulatú eseményen teológusok, történészek és egyházi elöljárók idézték fel Eugenio Pacelli alakját. A Fraknói Kutatócsoportot vatikáni levéltári kutatási rezidense, Nagy Katalin CPH-munkatárs képviselte.

Presentation of Tamás Fedeles and Gábor Nemes' books at Pázmány University

On 11 February 2026, the Fraknói Research Group, in cooperation with the Medieval Evenings lecture series, presented two newly published volumes by its members at its central research venue, the Faculty of Humanities of Pázmány Péter Catholic University. The books appeared in the Collectanea Vaticana Hungariae and Collectanea Studiorum et Textuum series.

The Vilmos Fraknói Vatican Historical Research Group of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Péter Pázmány Catholic University was established in the June of 2012 as the ‘Impetus’ Church History Research Group in the frame of the Church History Research Institute of the University founded by Rector Péter Erdő in 1999. It carries on independently the latter’s publications (Bibliotheca Historiae Ecclesiasticae Universitatis Catholicae de Petro Pázmány Nuncupatae) and researches in Rome and in Vienna, with the involvement of academic and other funding sources.
